Training for local specialists

Utilize potential and introduce new equipment with trainings.

Supported by donations, we have already been able to purchase some medical equipment for the hospital in Mersa and Dessie. We have also brought smaller equipment and supplies from Germany. After the looting during the civil war, everything was initially lacking. Now we want to help gradually improve basic care.
However, equipment alone is not enough. Local specialists are unfamiliar with some procedures; processes can be optimized. Together with the hospital management, we want to have the medical staff trained by specialists from the region. Because no piece of equipment should sit unused in a corner.
